Lost and Found at the Test Site
If you have forgotten something at the test site,
please send an e-mail to jlptinfo@jpf.go.jp with the following information.
※When sending an e-mail, please enter a half-width character "@" instead of a full-width character “＠”.
・"JLPT mogi"
・Name in alphabet letters
・Date of Birth (YYYY/MM/DD)
・Test level of the JLPT Practice Test
・Details of Item (its colors, shape, size, etc.)
We will check to see if there are any lost and found items and contact you.
*We keep the lost and found items for 3 months from the test day.
